Health Behavior & Nutrition Sciences Assistant, Fall 2026 Job no: 503865 Work type: Student Location: Newark, DE Categories: Administrative Support, Fall Semester, Undergraduate Students Estimated Pay : $15.00 per hour Number of Jobs Available: 1 Schedule: To be decided based on students schedule and HBNS staff needs Role Description: The Health Behavior & Nutrition Sciences Department is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented work-study student to assist with administrative tasks for approximately 3 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in office operations and digital organization. Primary Responsibilities: Assist with PDF editing and document preparation Scan and organize files in Google Drive Help with physical storage and supply organization Support mail merge tasks for communications and mailings Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Must be eligible for work‑study Comfortable using Google Drive and basic office software Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Hiring Timeline: Application Review: - Sept 28-30 Interviews-Date Range Sept. 21-28 Offers Extended-Date Range: First week of October Please note that dates are subject to change depending on the needs of the department.
