You will lead the regional product sales team, responsible for:

• Maintaining strong customer and market relationships
• Managing sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Overseeing product management and R&D activities

Your key priority is to ensure high efficiency, profitability improvement, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Expectations

• Full profit and loss responsibility for your regional product team
• Implement strategic objectives for Pulp, Energy, and Circularity to drive sustainable growth
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Valmet to move the business forward
• Work globally to support business development and stable sales growth
• Lead and develop a high-performing product sales team, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Support cross-business area initiatives and actively implement process improvements in sales and customer service
