Your day-to-day as a Production Operator: Set up and operate equipment including robots, machines, workstations, and inspection tools Perform manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as scheduled Monitor production processes and conduct basic quality checks Handle and store materials safely and efficiently Maintain a clean work area and comply with safety and ESD protocols Your skills and experience: 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, particularly with electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team Attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance What you can expect from ETS: Health insurance, referral program, and more Weekly pay Brand NEW exclusive ETS benefit: Get paid whenever you need with earned wages on-demand.
