\nClient is a modern, technology-driven behavioral health practice focused on improving access to high-quality psychiatric care while reducing the administrative burden placed on clinicians.\n

\nThe organization is expanding its advanced interventional psychiatry programs, with a particular focus on treatment-resistant depression and Spravato (Esketamine) therapy, into the New Jersey market.\n
\n
\nClient is seeking a Regional Medical Director to help establish and grow its regional clinical footprint, lead clinical staffing, provide medical oversight, and drive clinical governance and quality.\n
\n
\nThe Regional Medical Director will serve as a key clinical and executive leader for Client's New Jersey operations.\n
\n
\nThis role is designed around a 50/50 leadership and clinical care model:\n
\n
\n50% Clinical Governance, Staffing & Leadership:\n
\n50% Advanced Interventional Psychiatry & Direct Patient Care\n
\n
\nClient's corporate administrative infrastructure manages key non-clinical functions—including insurance prior authorizations, billing, scheduling, REMS compliance, marketing, and facilities management—allowing the Medical Director to focus primarily on clinical excellence, team development, patient care, and regional growth.
