Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We're hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a food and beverage manufacturer in Leominster, MA. You'll keep the plant's manufacturing, processing and packaging equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a direct hire position with full benefits and an annual bonus.
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial manufacturing and packaging equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues
- Repair and replace motors, conveyors, pumps, switches, controls and other components
- Install, adjust and calibrate equipment as needed
- Handle basic welding, fabrication and machine shop work
- Read and interpret technical manuals, equipment diagrams and schematics
- Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs and inspections
- Track parts and supplies and flag inventory needs
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and plant safety procedures
- Work with production and operations to fix issues and improve equipment reliability
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- Food, beverage or packaging plant experience is a plus
