Provide classroom, training, virtual learning and event support.

Responsible for helping ensure instructional spaces are properly prepared, technology is operational and training sessions and events run smoothly.

Preparing and configuring classrooms, supporting audio/visual equipment, assisting instructors and students during in-person and virtual training sessions, maintaining classroom readiness and providing logistical support for meetings, ceremonies, conferences and special events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting classroom operations, training environments, event setup, facilities/logistical support, or a similar function.
• Experience preparing workspaces, classrooms, or training areas, including furniture and equipment setup.
• Experience supporting common audio/visual (A/V) equipment such as projectors, microphones, VTC systems, and smart boards.
• Experience providing logistical support for meetings, conferences, training sessions or special events.
• Ability to lift and move equipment or small furniture weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as required.
