Sales Representative – In-Home Sales

Location: Big Rapids, MI
Job Type: Full-Time | W-2 Employee
Compensation: $100,000–$250,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses)

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with homeowners who have requested information about our products and services, helping them find the best solutions for their homes.

Responsibilities include :

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
• Assess homeowner needs and recommend customized home improvement solutions
• Present premium replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, and metal roofing products
• Explain financing options and current promotions
• Build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
• Overcome objections and confidently close sales
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation through contract

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred (in-home, outside sales, or high-ticket sales)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident presentation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Coachable with a desire for continuous improvement
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments as needed
