Hiring!!!! Production workers - Pay up to $23/hour In Anoka, MN.

Responsibilities:

• Rotate tasks between washing, prepping, loading, and unloading the paint line.
• Train in powder coating techniques.
• Spray powder coat paint on metal parts.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure paint application quality.

Essential Skills (Not Mandatory):

• 6+ months of manufacturing or general labor experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and manage metal parts on the racking.
• General labor skills.
• Experience in loading and unloading production materials.
• Knowledge of racking and painting processes.

Pay & Shift:

• All the shifts are available.
• Pay is based on Experience - can get higher pay.
• Entry level candidates with Hobby Mechanical works are accepted too.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75/hr.
