All our staff members demonstrate a strong commitment to cooperation by working seamlessly across team lines and are willing to adapt and be flexible in support of company goals.Duties and responsibilities include:Follow Springside policy when packing, labeling, merchandising cheese and wine items, and preparing cheese trays.Receive and store food product to maintain freshness.Provide positive customer experience through phone calls and special request items, ensuring all guests have a unique and enthusiastic experience.Observe, support, and remain up to date with store rules and company policies/procedures.Prepare and pack products for safe shipping.Correctly operate Point of Sale system.Operate slicer following safety guidelines.Additional duties as assigned.Duties and responsibilities may change, and new ones may be added, at any time with or without advanced notice.Requirements:1+ years of customer service experience with POS operation preferred.High School Diploma or GED preferred.Required basic computer knowledge.Self motivated to succeed and able to adjust to a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills.Strong attention to details.Ability to anticipate customer needs.Working conditions:The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.The worker is subject to outside environmental conditions: No effective protection from weather.The worker is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside.The worker is subject to extreme cold: Temperatures typically below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour.
