Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is responsible for creating, executing, and aligning program goals with the strategic vision of the organization, program development, project management, complex care navigation, and reporting and analysis. Program development includes developing referral pathways, executing contractual agreements, defining standardized processes, coordinating PR and development efforts, and creating and maintaining budgets. This position will lead the development of the infrastructure to process and facilitate these offerings. This is an exempt, full-time position reporting to the Senior Program Manager. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES As the Program Coordinator, you will: Work with the Senior Program Manager and Senior Director of Programs to develop annual goals in support of the strategic vision of the organization Execute annual plan for all assigned programs Report on progress and challenges in meeting identified goals Identify opportunities for program improvement to expand the reach of services to our members Coordinate community-based events for members Contribute to program development for new initiatives Complete data collection and reporting on outcomes Support and collaborate with the Data Manager Maintain and develop relationships with community partners Build new referral pathways for members and community partners Develop and define standardized processes Assist in developing and maintaining the budget Provide care navigation and complex navigation needs Manage day-to-day operations for all programs assigned Support other organizational programs EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS You would be a great candidate if you: 2 years’ experience running programs and working with clients in behavioral health, social service programs, and/or membership organizations. Master’s in Public Health, Social Work, Counseling, Health Care Administration preferred Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor preferred Experience with community and/or provider outreach including relationship building and partnership development Experience with navigating community resources Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with data management and reporting systems (REDCap, Freshdesk, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) Comfortable learning and adopting new technology and software tools Ability to work independently and closely within a team Ability to work in a fast-paced organization Ability to produce at a high output level Strong critical thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high impact environment with minimal supervision CORE COMPETENCIES We are looking for candidates whose core competencies are in the following areas: Project Management - Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS WITH OR WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Ability to work protracted or irregular hours Ability to drive personal or agency vehicle for agency business and to maintain vehicle liability insurance. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $55,000 - $65,000 salary (based on experience) Hybrid work schedule with flexibility depending on current projects, with 2-3 days in office each week.
