Job Description The Huntington seeks a highly motivated, experienced, collaborative and visionary Director of Security & Operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Facilities, Operations and Capital Programs, the Director of Security & Operations oversees all aspects of the Security Department on a 24/7 basis and ensures high‑quality, fiscally responsible, and efficient operations in support of The Huntington’s mission. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the Security Department on a 24/7 basis. Ensure high‑quality, fiscally responsible, and efficient operations throughout the 207‑acre campus, which includes 600,000 square feet of building space, galleries, library, offices, public spaces and gardens. Secure and support operations of the large, diverse campus that hosts more than 1 million guests each year. Build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization. Qualifications Proven record of leading transformational change in a complex security department. Strong managerial skills with experience overseeing both human and financial resources.
