Agronomy Intern

Join our agronomy team for a seasonal internship where you'll gain real-world experience in crop management, field research, soil and crop sampling, and day-to-day agronomy operations. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learn by doing, and build skills that can help grow your future in agriculture.

What you'll get to do:

  • Work hands-on with soil and crop samples.
  • Help with research trials and field experiments.
  • Scout fields and monitor crop growth.
  • Support agronomy equipment, reports, records, and team projects.
  • Learn from agronomists and field staff while building practical career skills.

Locations: Boonville, Chrisney, Dale, Evansville, Rockport, Haubstadt, Huntingburg, Ireland, Mackey, Owensville, Patoka, Petersburg, or St. Meinrad, Indiana.

A great fit for someone who:

  • Is pursuing a degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Science, or a related field.
  • Enjoys working outdoors and learning in a hands-on environment.
  • Has strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a team-focused mindset.
  • Has a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and can lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Can work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as needed.
