Lead your own Dairy Queen restaurant, build a high-performing team, and take ownership of real business results.

Polly Management is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to oversee operations, develop leaders, and drive financial performance in a fast-paced QSR environment.

If you’re a hands-on leader who enjoys building strong teams and running a business like it’s your own, this role is for you.

● 2+ years of restaurant management experience
