JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES
You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant . This includes all cost controls inventory control cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules ordering product training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GMs based off controlling costs within goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years or older
- Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience*
