We partner closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, improve efficiency, and bring new products to life. You’ll work across development and manufacturing to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and enable successful product ramps. This is a high-visibility position where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will make a measurable difference.Responsibilities:Diagnose and resolve assembly process issues using structured methods (failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC/FDC)Lead process, equipment, and material evaluations; implement improvements at the process step levelDrive yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives across manufacturing linesValidate and scale new process baselines, tools, and materials for new product introductionManage and audit suppliers; support internal and external audits and site-to-site process portabilityMinimum Qualifications:7+ years leading critical projects with measurable business and technical impactPhD or Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experienceHands-on experience with failure analysis, FMEA, SPC/FDC, or similar methodologiesProven ability to analyze data and implement process improvementsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issuesPreferred Qualifications:Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with APC, RMS, or automated process control systemsExperience with new product introduction and process qualificationExperience working with supplier quality management and auditsAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
