We are looking for engineers who want to help drive innovation and operational excellence in advanced memory manufacturing.Responsibilities:Build and lead the ID1 PVD/CVD process engineering teams, including hiring, onboarding, and developmentDefine team strategy, performance targets, and succession plans aligned to factory goalsPartner with manufacturing, facilities, procurement, and suppliers to support tool qualification and capacity readinessProvide technical leadership and support for process qualification and manufacturing alignmentPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Micron safety and people policiesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering fieldSenior Engineer level or higher with prior people leadership experienceMinimum of 5 years of direct films experience in semiconductor manufacturingProven experience leading teams and driving results across complex projectsStrong technical communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience building and scaling new teams or manufacturing areasBackground supporting high-volume manufacturing ramp or fab start-upDemonstrated ability to partner effectively across global organizationsExperience presenting technical topics to senior leaders or large audiencesGood understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help developed efficient workflow.See more about Boise livingHow Micron engineers pave the way for semiconductorsAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
