CNC Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Brownsville, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Overtime: Overtime and weekend availability required as needed
Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are currently hiring an experienced CNC Operator for one of our valued clients. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a company that offers great benefits upon permanent hire .
What You’ll Do- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine operations and production processes
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Load and unload materials and components
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet production, quality, and safety standards
- Previous CNC operating experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
- Overtime and weekend availability required as needed
- Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
