Attorney - Pre Litigation

our client is looking for a  driven plaintiff’s personal injury attorney  to join a growing Pre-Litigation Team. Open to considering a  newer attorney with strong personal injury experience who has the ambition and ability to grow into a key leadership role .

Ideal candidates will have:

• 1–3+ years of personal injury experience , preferably on the plaintiff’s side
• Experience handling cases through the  pre-litigation process , including demand preparation, negotiations, and client communication
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, organization, and case-management skills
• A client-first mindset and a genuine commitment to  maximizing outcomes for injured clients
• The initiative and judgment to take ownership of cases and help improve the way the team operates

This is an opportunity to do more than manage files. The right attorney will have a meaningful role in  building the pre-litigation department, refining strategy and processes, and helping develop the team as it grows .
