Assistant Property Manager - Affordable Housing

The John Stewart Company in San Francisco, CA is seeking an organized Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations under the Property Manager’s supervision. You will help maintain occupancy targets, coordinate with onsite staff and vendors, and ensure programs run smoothly. You will screen applicants for occupancy, process leases, handle rent collection, maintain records, and assist with inspections and reports while upholding policies and regulations, delivering quality #J-18808-Ljbffr
