What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a high-acuity Level III/IV NICU setting
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Manage a broad range of medical conditions of neonatal patients
• Participate in rotational shifts across three hospitals within the healthcare system
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and industry standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
• Advocate for the health and well-being of neonatal patients and their families

What You Need

• Current NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP not accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an NNP in a NICU setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Florida license or eligibility to obtain one
