What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a high-acuity Level III and IV NICU setting
• Collaborate with a team of skilled physicians and healthcare professionals
• Cover shifts at multiple hospitals within the healthcare system
• Assist with comprehensive assessments and develop care plans for neonates with diverse medical conditions
• Participate in acute and ongoing patient management, including emergency situations
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with clinical standards and regulations

What You Need

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner licensure (no other NP certifications accepted)
• At least 2 years of NICU experience
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity environments

• Experience working across multiple hospital settings
• Passion for neonatal care and professional growth
