  Nurse Practitioner – MinuteClinic | Lakewood, OH

  Location: Lakewood, Ohio

  Setting: MinuteClinic / Primary Care

  Position: Nurse Practitioner
⏰  Schedule: Weekend-only | Approximately 25 hours/week

  Rate: Competitive hourly opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and family care to patients
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing
  • Provide preventive care and health counseling
  • Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Support clinic operations and patient follow-up

Requirements

  • Master's-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current national board certification
  • Active Ohio NP license
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care
  • BLS certification from  AHA or ARC
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a clinical care team
