Resident Services Coordinator

The Springs at Whitefish is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to join our Health Services team. This role is ideal for a current or former RSC who understands care coordination, staffing, clinical workflows, and the day-to-day needs of residents and caregivers in senior living. Role Summary The Resident Services Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating resident care and supporting the Health Services team. Working closely with Health Services leadership, the RSC helps coordinate staffing and daily coverage, supports care planning and communication, and ensures residents receive consistent, high-quality care. Previous Resident Services Coordinator experience in senior living is required. Key Responsibilities Coordinate staffing, scheduling adjustments, and daily coverage needs Serve as a point of contact for residents and their authorized representatives regarding care coordination Communicate changes in condition and care plans to nurses, med techs, and caregiving staff Monitor charting, care notes, and communication logs for accuracy and completion Coordinate resident appointments with physicians and outside healthcare providers Support service planning, care transitions, and ongoing care coordination Provide day-to-day leadership and support to caregivers and medication technicians Help ensure documentation and processes meet regulatory and company standards Required Experience & Qualifications Previous experience as a Resident Services Coordinator in senior living Hands‑on experience supporting resident care in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or a similar setting Strong understanding of care workflows, documentation, staffing, and team communication Comfort working with electronic health records and care management systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, team members, and leadership Preferred Qualifications Experience working closely with nurses or Health Services leadership Familiarity with service planning and care transitions Leadership experience with caregivers or medication technicians Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short and long-term disability coverage 401(k) Paid time off Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) Career coaching and leadership development Scholarship opportunities Employee discounts New Directions Employee Assistance Program (EAP) A supportive, mission‑driven culture with opportunities to grow Additional Requirements Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screening Why The Springs Living?
