Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are seeking motivated Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team building hydraulic pumps in a climate-controlled facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy working with their hands and are looking to grow their career in manufacturing.

• Assemble hydraulic pumps using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality and production standards.
• Assist with assembling different pump models as needed.
• Move completed products into testing cells and support final production processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

• Previous industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shawnee, OK.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
