Pharmacy Technician
Location: Horsham, PA 19044
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with alternating weekends
We're looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join a fast-paced pharmacy team in Horsham, PA! This is a great opportunity to work alongside pharmacists preparing medications and supporting patients in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Fill prescriptions under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
- Prepare sterile IV medications.
- Enter prescription and billing information into the pharmacy system.
- Prepackage medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Assist pharmacists with the final prescription verification process.
- Coordinate accurate and timely medication delivery.
- Receive, stock, and rotate medications and supplies.
- Monitor inventory, including lot numbers and expiration dates.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
- Assist with equipment calibration and routine maintenance.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician License or PA Pharmacy Technician License Eligibility required.
- Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred.
- IV preparation experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
