Role Description The Admin Assistant (Remote) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Florida, United States. The Admin Assistant will manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a professional manner. This role includes organizing and maintaining files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, and supporting executives with calendar management and basic correspondence. The Admin Assistant will perform clerical tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and creating reports while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The role also involves coordinating with team members, assisting with internal communications, and providing general administrative support to keep workflows running smoothly.\n

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documents, scheduling, and day-to-day office tasks.

• Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with calendars, meetings, and correspondence.

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Ability to work on-site in Florida, United States, and collaborate with colleagues in a professional environment.

• Previous experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.
