Our Outsource Services portfolio spans Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), covering everything from product development and sales through delivery, supplier management, governance, compliance, and technology. We are seeking a Recruiter to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company. In this role, you will manage full-cycle hiring across technical, corporate, and operations roles — ensuring a smooth, efficient process for both candidates and Hiring Managers.You’llbe a trusted partner to the business, a collaborative teammate toSourcersand Coordinators, and a consistent driver of quality delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

Your day is built around owning the full recruitment process — from intake through offer — while keeping Hiring Managers informed, candidates engaged, and data clean.You’llwork closely withSourcersand Coordinators to keep the process moving and the experience high. Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination Build andmaintaincandidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and operations roles across the client’s business Meet agreed SLAs and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience at every stage Maintainaccuratedata and workflow compliance within the ATS Hiring Manager Partnership & Team Collaboration Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers — providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations Partner withSourcersand Coordinators, ensuring they have the right information to support each stage of the process effectively Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle, managing expectations and flagging risks early

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experience Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO, in-house, or agency setting Experience recruiting for manufacturing, corporate, or service roles in the renewable energy sector is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Technical & Functional Skills Proficiencywith ATS platforms — SuccessFactors preferred — and sourcing tools Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills; able to build credibility quickly with Hiring Managers Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to prioritize across a full requisition load Team-first mindset with a genuine drive to be part of a high-performing delivery team
