Location: 500 Crile Road, Washington, PA 15301 (IGS Aerospace and Defense - Crile Rd. Division) 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No Rotating Shifts!)

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Manual Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team at IGS. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on machining experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.

As a Manual Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating manual milling equipment to manufacture customer parts according to order specifications. You will also inspect materials and finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Review routers, blueprints, drawings, specifications, and sample parts to determine material and machine setup requirements.

• Set up, load materials, and operate manual milling machines according to customer order specifications.

• Inspect raw materials and manufactured parts before, during, and after production to ensure quality standards are met.

• Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment to verify part dimensions and specifications.
