What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment to manufacture and repair precision parts for steel mill and heavy industrial equipment
• Work across Horizontal Boring Mills, Vertical Turning Centers, Vertical Mills, and Horizontal Lathes
• Machine large, heavy steel mill components (e.g., shafts, rolls, housings) while maintaining tight tolerances
• Interpret blueprints, perform complex setups, execute tool changes and offsets
• Balance new production with repair/refurbishment projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• 3–4+ years of manual or CNC machining experience (required)
• Hands-on CNC setup experience (required)
• Ability and willingness to rotate shifts (Day Shift then afternoon shift) (required)
• Background with Horizontal Boring Mills, Vertical Turning Centers, Vertical Mills, or Horizontal Lathes (preferred)
• Experience machining large, heavy steel mill parts such as shafts, rolls, and housings (preferred)
• Familiarity with repair/refurbishment of industrial parts and machines (preferred)
