Part-Time Leasing Consultant - Bell Broomfield

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for welcoming prospective residents, coordinating tours, responding to leasing inquiries, interacting with current residents regarding day‑to‑day issues, and coordinating lease renewals. They serve as a central point of communication between residents, community management, and maintenance teams. Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget. Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents. Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends. Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and the major competition. Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice. Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines. Complete lease packets and files for each resident, including the lease, all addendums, and other forms. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and ensure proper documentation. Follow up with residents throughout the lease period. Receive any resident inquiries, complaints, or issues and provide timely follow up. What you bring to our team: Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values. High School diploma or GED. 1+ years of customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role. Support of BAL strategic drivers. Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Ability to work in a team environment. Professional image. Resourceful and well‑organized. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Exceptional customer service skills and a professional image. Good decision‑making skills and knowledge of how businesses work. Physical requirements of the job: Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs. Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials. Comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects. Compensation: Hourly: $20.00 – $22.00.
