We are expanding across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho and partnering with licensed agents who want to keep their independence while gaining access to lead generation systems, CRM setup, marketing support, coaching, and practical buyer and seller systems.

This opportunity is for licensed real estate agents who want to keep their brand, keep ownership of their business, and stop feeling like they are building everything alone.

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor real estate opportunity.

Estimated annual income: $80,000 to $250,000+

Actual income will vary based on production, market conditions, individual activity, follow-up, and client conversion.

Requirements

1. Active real estate license in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho
2. Ability to work as an independent contractor
3. Strong communication skills
4. Professional follow-up habits
5. Willingness to use CRM and lead systems
6. Desire to build a long-term real estate business
7. Availability for client appointments, including evenings or weekends as needed
