Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking inventory, assisting with stock counts, and helping implement inventory improvement on a highly specialized project. The role also supports basic administrative tasks such as updating records, labeling items, and coordinating with tailoring staff so orders are completed and delivered accurately. The position requires consistent in-person collaboration with the Vice President and reliable on-site availability.

Downtime periods shift roles to assistance in the retail branch of the brick and mortar store. Responsibilities can include assisting customers, operating POS and team work on the sales floor.

 

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience or aptitude in inventory management, including organizing stock and supporting inventory projects.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when handling garments, tags, and order information.
• Comfort working in a retail environment, including standing for extended periods and handling light physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills for updating records and using point-of-sale or inventory systems.
• Previous retail, tailoring shop, garment industry or customer service experience is beneficial but not strictly required.
