Position Details Location: 31 Union Street (10619) Rockville General Hospital is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a close‑knit, collaborative team. The Advanced Practice group works cohesively to deliver high‑quality inpatient care and is excited to welcome a new provider as we continue to grow and expand. Role : Open to Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners Location : 31 Union St, Vernon, CT Setting : Inpatient medicine, hospitalist Schedule : Full‑time nights. In consultation with the physician(s) and care team members, they develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, e.g., referrals to other health team members or specialists. Advanced Practitioners provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of the provider’s practice as designated by protocols and identify problems outside their scope of practice, referring appropriately to a physician.
