Support setup of dining room, patio/bar, and ceremony/garden areas Move tables and chairs during transitions and breakdown for every event Provide warm, polished guest service during passed appetizers, tableside wine, and buffet, plated, or family-style meals Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, tables, and seat numbers for food running, especially during entrée service Bus glasses, dishes, silverware, and trash from event tables to the kitchen Refill, restock, and transition stationary food and beverage displays Dry, polish, and store equipment used during events Maintain clean and organized service stations Represent the Terrain brand with professionalism and care Requirements Reliable transportation required Lift up to 50 lbs Able to stand/move for 8–10 hours Work both indoors and outdoors Must be available on weekends and some holidays Must work a minimum of 3 shifts/month during peak season (April–December) Weekly recurring availability required Typical shift availability: 2:00 PM–12:00 AM Flexible, proactive, and collaborative team attitude Comfortable with formal event moments, including speeches and dances Experience in food service Experience in upscale hospitality, catering, fine dining, weddings, or banquet service is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates strong guest service skills in upscale hospitality settings, with a focus on food service and event support.
