Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Whether you're an experienced RN or a new graduate, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while caring for patients with complex cardiac needs. Position Highlights Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates Experienced RN pay: $41.93-$61.01/hour , based on years of nursing experience New graduate RN starting pay: $36.00/hour

Our

24-bed unit

provides high-acuity cardiac care in a supportive environment that values teamwork, collaboration, and compassionate patient care. You'll care for patients with: Cardiac arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation ST-elevation myocardial infarctions (STEMIs) Heart failure and chest pain Implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs) and permanent pacemakers Expand your experience in

atrial fibrillation medication management

and advanced cardiac care while working with state-of-the-art technology on a fully telemetry-equipped unit.

Education Associate's degree or diploma in Registered Nursing required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred Licensure & Certifications Current Virginia RN license or Compact/Multi-State RN license eligibility required Basic Life Support (BLS) required within

90 days of hire Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within

one year of hire Experience No prior nursing experience required Previous healthcare experience preferred New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply Your Role As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver compassionate, patient-centered care through assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. You'll collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, monitor patients' conditions, administer treatments, and educate patients and families throughout their care. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly.
