Operations Team Lead — Guest Experience & Safety

Sky Zone Roswell, GA is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to help run daily operations on the floor, lead by example, and step in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on site. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, coaching teammates, driving guest experiences, managing safety, and ensuring smooth shift execution from open to close, with a focus on WOW service. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sky Zone, LLC
