Call Center Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent who is passionate about delivering exceptional service while helping customers find solutions to their service needs. This role goes beyond answering phones. The ideal candidate takes ownership of every customer interaction, follows established processes, and creates a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and empathetically

Schedule and book service appointments for qualified customers

Provide outstanding customer service while identifying customer needs

Accurately document customer information in the CRM system

Follow scripts, workflows, and company processes consistently

Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism

Maintain high quality assurance and performance standards

Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Ensure all customer records, notes, and dispositions are completed accurately

Promote membership and service offerings when appropriate

Skills and Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, scheduling, or administrative experience.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

-Ability to remain calm and professional when handling upset customers

-Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy Experience in a contact center or customer support environment

Appointment scheduling or dispatching experience

Experience working with performance metrics, KPIs, or quality assurance standards

Sales, customer retention, or membership enrollment experience
