Talent Acquisition Analyst - Contract
Nurix Therapeutics
Nurix Therapeutics seeks a Talent Acquisition Analyst to build recruiting dashboards, analyze hiring data, and support executive reporting. This contract role blends analytics, presentation development, and operational coordination for a growing biotech company.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards tracking pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates
- Audit data integrity across Greenhouse and recruiting platforms, identifying and correcting discrepancies
- Analyze recruiting funnel trends to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Create executive presentations translating recruiting data into compelling narratives for leadership
- Provide backup interview scheduling support during peak volume or staff absences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-4 years talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or HR analytics experience
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and polished PowerPoint presentation ability
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity verification
- Clear communication of data insights to non-technical audiences
