Manufacturing Production Associate | $18-$24/hr. based on experience | 2:30pm - 1am Monday - Thursday

We are seeking reliable, hands-on Manufacturing Production Associates to join a growing precision manufacturing team in the Painesville area. This second-shift role supports production by following blueprints and work instructions to help produce quality parts. No prior manufacturing experience is required. If you are mechanically inclined, comfortable working with your hands, dependable, and eager to learn, this could be an excellent opportunity to build a long-term manufacturing career.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on production tasks following blueprints and work instructions
• Read and follow basic blueprints and processing instructions to produce parts correctly
• Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, gauges, and micrometers
• Use hand tools and precision measuring equipment safely and accurately
• Learn manufacturing and machine operation processes while maintaining quality and production expectations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Mechanically inclined with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
• Comfortable using basic measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and micrometers
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and availability to work second shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with hand tools or precision measuring equipment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Willingness to learn machine operation and new manufacturing processes
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary for this position is $18-$24/hr. based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
