Laser Operator

Laser Operator 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available Pay: $16.50 per hour +$2/hr on 3rd shift Job Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated Laser Operators to join our team across all shifts. This role is responsible for operating CNC laser machines, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC laser machines safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials and set up jobs as required. Follow all work instructions and production documentation accurately. Communicate with shear and deburring operators as needed to support workflow. Comply with all applicable ISO and OSHA standards. Use basic shop math and understand machining tolerances (e.g., 0.005"). Use measuring tools to verify that parts meet specifications. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals. Utilize basic computer skills for machine operation and documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
