Every day offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference while working in an encouraging environment that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and professional growth.Your RoleEvaluate and treat children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, fine motor deficits, self-care limitations, and other functional impairments within your scope of practice.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence and meaningful participation in daily activities.Utilize evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory regulation, coordination, and activities of daily living.Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and strategies that reinforce therapeutic progress outside of the clinic.Maintain timely and accurate documentation using AI-powered documentation technology designed to reduce administrative burden and support efficient workflows.Foster a positive, engaging therapy environment where children feel encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed.
