Receptionist Position
St Anthony Park Home is seeking a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our administrative team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment.
Shifts may be various (AM and/or PM) and must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
- Provide general office support to the Business Office Manager and Administrator
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to handle a multi-line phone system
- Dependable, organized, and professional in appearance and demeanor
