Pay & Benefits

• Pay package: $385,000–$407,000/year
• Additional Compensation: Potential productivity bonus

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and surgical gynecologic care specializing in minimally invasive procedures
• Manage patients with complex endometriosis, including advanced surgical interventions
• Collaborate seamlessly with surgical teams including general, urologic, and interventional radiology
• Utilize robotic surgical systems with designated robotic procedure time
• Lead high-volume surgeries, performing 12–14 cases weekly
• Support patients throughout pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases
• Engage in a physician-led environment focusing on quality and patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid Colorado medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN
• Fellowship training in minimally invasive or complex gynecologic surgery highly preferred
• Proven surgical expertise, especially in endometriosis treatment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
