Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Package: Competitive annual salary between $385,000 - $407,000
• Additional Compensation: Potential productivity bonus

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized gynecologic surgical care, including minimally invasive and robotic procedures
• Manage a high-volume surgical caseload, performing around 12-14 robotic cases weekly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including general surgery, urologic surgery, and interventional radiology
• Participate in outpatient care, pre- and post-operative consultations
• Contribute to a busy, patient-centered practice with a waitlist of approximately five months
• Focus on exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction in a supportive environment

What You Need:

Required:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Gynecology
• Experience or fellowship training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
• Strong surgical and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Passion for advanced endometriosis treatment
• Experience with robotic surgical systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
