Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Please note, pay details are confirmed upon application)
• Annual Salary Range: $291,000 - $324,000 (full-time)

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient obstetric care during overnight shifts, including labor management, deliveries, postpartum, and triage
• Manage gynecologic consults and perform urgent assessments for obstetric and gynecologic patients
• Collaborate with a team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers
• Support complex cases and provide backup coverage for multispecialty teams
• Communicate effectively during handoffs to ensure continuous patient care
• Document all patient interactions within an Epic EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives in the OB unit
• Support a high-quality, patient-centered care environment aligned with UCHealth’s mission

What You Need

Required

• Active OB/GYN license in Colorado
• Board-certified in OB/GYN
• Prior inpatient obstetric experience
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in a flexible schedule

Preferred

• Experience in a hospitalist role
• BLS/ACLS certification
