What You’ll Do

• Provide overnight inpatient obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, postpartum, and triage
• Manage gynecologic consults for acute nocturnist cases
• Assess and intervene in urgent obstetric and gynecologic situations overnight
• Collaborate with a supportive team of OB/GYN physicians and APPs
• Support complex case management with multispecialty team onsite
• Communicate effectively with the day team to ensure seamless patient care handoffs
• Document care within Epic EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
• Support hospital operations and process improvements during overnight hours
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and patient-centered care

What You Need

Required:

• Board-certified OB/GYN
• Valid medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
• Inpatient obstetrics experience

Preferred:

• Night shift experience
• Ability to manage emergency obstetric situations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
