Electrician - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking electricians for a project in Leroy, IL. The project is an agricultural and industrial environment. Candidates are responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment throughout an agricultural grain handling and storage facilities. This position focuses primarily on electrical systems associated with grain dump pits, receiving pits, grain storage tanks, tank support structures (tank legs), conveyors, bucket elevators, and material handling equipment.

Pay is up to $36/hour for Journeymen. Per diem will be $125 days worked. Work schedule is set for 45-50 hours Monday-Friday with the potential of working a Saturday. Duration is set for 6-8 weeks.

The ideal candidate has experience working in industrial or agricultural environments, understands electrical safety around combustible dust hazards, and can work safely in confined spaces and at elevated heights. Candidates must be familiar with working with a hydraulic bender and electric threader. Candidates with an OSHA-10 are preferred but not required.
