Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit within a long-term acute care setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring an intermediate level of care, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a long-term acute care (LTAC) environment
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in a high-acuity intermediate care setting
