In the area of plants, the company provides total solutions for front-end engineering design (FEED) as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Specialist to join our project. The candidate will be responsible for managing specific HR functions and providing support to the HR department by performing duties related to the functional operations of the HR department including recruitment, payroll, employee relations activities, and completing tasks assigned by the Lead HR Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesManage specific HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, or benefits administrationImplement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulationsConduct recruitment efforts, including job posting, screenings, and interviewsSupport performance management and evaluation processesSupport the HR team and other departments to optimize workforce productivity and engagementAbide by company-enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulationsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related area3-7 years of experience in specialized HR rolesEffective HR administration and people management skillsKnowledge of basic HR functions, employment law, and HR best practicesProficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skillsPreferredStrong bilingual (Korean / English) communication and documentation skillsCertification in Human Resource management (PHR or SPHR)Additional InformationMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedulePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
