Assistant Clinic DirectorThis position assists the Clinic Director in managing the application of intravenous vitamins for outpatient infusion and providing clinical expertise and education for clients and staff.Essential functions include:Acting as a backup point of contact for the Clinic Director.Administering and monitoring clients' treatment and well-being including starting IVs, running fluids, and seeing clients through their services from beginning to end.Documenting interactions and communication with clients regarding therapy services, assessment, and responses/reactions to treatment.Demonstrating compliance regarding professional standards, regulations, policies and procedures and accreditation standards.Assisting in all hiring functions including selection and development.Training and educating staff on proper procedures and client education.Leading and influencing staff through motivation, leveraging industry strengths and ensuring productivity to align with corporate goals.Maintaining and creating trust and respect between team members and clients quickly and effectively.Monitoring and documenting staff performance and behavior with the support of HR.Leading performance management activities with all staff members including setting goals, coaching and career development.Identifying high performance employees to develop by adding additional responsibilities contributing to store's overall profitability.Motivating the team with a commitment to positivity including acting positively and instilling passion into the work environment.Assisting in conflict resolution management.Completing training for nutrition infusion therapies.Exemplifying and maintaining standards related to culture and ethical behavior.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications include:Associate's Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an Accredited Paramedic Program, Phlebotomist with an IV Certification; License must be current and up-to-date. 2 years minimum of Vascular Access or Infusion Experience needed; 2 years minimum of leadership or management experience.
