Senior Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Strategy Consultant who can uncover the insights hidden within complex data and translate them into meaningful business strategies for our clients. The Role Can you uncover the one insight hidden in millions of transactions that changes how a retailer operates? As a Senior Strategy Consultant at PriceEasy, you will lead strategic engagements focused on some of the most important questions facing retail executives: Why are sales or margins declining in certain markets? Which promotions generate truly incremental sales? Which products and categories are underperforming- and why? How should pricing change in response to competitors and market conditions? What separates the highest-performing stores from the rest of the network? Where should a retailer open, invest in, reposition, or potentially close locations? How can AI and advanced analytics improve commercial and operational decisions? This role goes far beyond building reports or dashboards. You will structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, lead data-driven analyses, identify strategic opportunities, and convert findings into clear executive recommendations. You will work closely with our clients’ leadership teams and collaborate internally with PriceEasy’s Customer Success, Product, Data Science, and executive teams. What You Will Do Lead Strategic Client Engagements Structure Complex Business Problems Analyze Retail and Transaction Data Develop Pricing and Promotion Strategies Evaluate Markets and Locations Benchmark Performance and Identify Best Practices Turn Insights Into Executive Strategy Help Shape PriceEasy’s Strategic Solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Analytics, or a related discipline from a Top University +3 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, commercial strategy, retail consulting, business analytics, or a similar client-facing environment Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop data-driven recommendations Strong commercial judgment and understanding of how businesses drive revenue, margin, and profitability Experience working with large, complex datasets Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills Ability to create compelling, insight-driven PowerPoint presentations Experience presenting recommendations to senior executives Ability to manage multiple client engagements and workstreams Ability to work from our Houston office five days per week Why PriceEasy At PriceEasy, you will be operating at the forefront of the AI Revolution, and your recommendations will influence decisions across major retail organizations.
