Ready to be a Titan?As a Senior Software Engineer (Mobile), you will be responsible for guiding the technical implementation of our cross-platform React Native mobile application used by thousands of field service technicians and sales professionals daily. This is an exciting role for an extremely talented engineer to come in and develop key product differentiators across a large-scale, feature-rich application with 150+ modular packages, native integrations, and offline-first capabilities. Helping others around you brings personal gratification.What you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or a technical field) or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience in mobile application development5+ years of experience with React NativeExpert-level programming experience in TypeScriptStrong experience with Redux, Redux Saga, and complex state management patternsExperience architecting and designing modular mobile applications at scaleSolid understanding of both iOS and Android platform fundamentalsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree or PhDExperience architecting and designing large-scale, scalable systemsExperience developing creative solutions to difficult problemsKnowledge of Expo and EAS (Expo Application Services) for OTA updates and build managementStrong understanding of Redux Toolkit, Reselect, and memoization strategiesExperience with offline-first mobile architectures and data persistence (Redux Persist)Familiarity with native module development in Swift and KotlinNice to Haves:Experience with Fastlane for CI/CD and app store deploymentUnderstanding of hardware integrations (printers, barcode scanners, GPS tracking)Experience with React Navigation and complex navigation architecturesFamiliarity with styled-components and mobile design systemsExperience with Firebase Analytics and CrashlyticsExperience with Braintree or similar payment SDKsFamiliarity with geolocation services and mapping (React Native Maps, Turf.js)Experience with push notification systems (Pushwoosh or similar)Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $163,400 USD - $245,000 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA Zone 2: $152,600 USD - $229,000 USD Applicable for: All other US locations. International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance.
